Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy :

As per our booking policy, we require 50% of the total package cost amount as token advance, which can be deposited in our Kotak Mahindra Bank account or Indian Bank account. Once the deposit has been made, information has to be passed on to us and on confirmation from our Bank, we will start making all reservations in your favour. Balance 50% of the total package cost will have to be made to us 7 days before arrival at the starting point of the Tour / Package / Services, otherwise no booking shall be entertained and advance amount shall be forfeited. If less than 7days are left from the time of booking, then full package cost has to be deposited in our Bank account. Bank account details are given below:

Cancellation Policy :

If booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of the total advance amount will be refunded.

If booking is cancelled between 29-15 days prior to arrival = 35% of the total advance amount will be refunded.

If booking is cancelled between 14-07 days prior to arrival = 20% of the total advance amount will be refunded.

If booking cancelled between 06 days to the day of arrival = no amount will be refunded and as per the booking term balance 50% of the total package costing will also have to be paid.

Remark: Company has full rights to change the above term and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

"No refund will be made if any tour or service is cancelled due to natural calamity or reasons beyond our control (strike, traffic jam etc)". However we will try to provide alternative tours, if possible.
